This modern villa is located in a quiet part of the city of Zadar. A long promenade by the sea leads to the old center of Zadar. Grocery store is only 50m away, and within 200m there are beach and marina.
Villa offers 170m² of living space on two levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Ground floor: living room opening onto a terrace with swimming pool, dining room for 8 persons, a spacious equipped kitchen, wardrobe and guest toilet.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (each for 2 persons), a study room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 extra persons (preferably kids), two bathrooms.
