Maslinica is a beautiful small fishing village with pristine clear waters and with houses clustered around the port. Follow up your terraced breakfast and lunch buying your fish from local fisherman and enjoy the long evenings cooking your dinner on the large traditional Croatian wood with some stunning Croatian wines; if you want to eat out, there are four restaurants, one of which is part of 200 hundreds year old castle, now a 6 suite up market hotel with its own marina, located below the villa.
In addition to relaxing, swimming, canoeing, sailing and fishing, other local activities include hiring 8 person motor boats for the day to explore nearby islands; day trips to snorkeling or dive sites at nearby islands, a round island sight-seeing trip by boat. Other activities could include a day trip to Split or to the historic Unesco town of Hvar you can reach within 1 hour by speedboat.

Very beautiful sea front 360m² villa with spectacular sea view of the islands to the West and the fishing harbor to the North.
The property comprises 3 self contained almost identical apartments on 3 floors plus a basement self contained flat making it ideal for an extend family or 3 to 4 families.
Sleeps 12 (14 including the basement) with 4 double and 3 twin bedrooms, all bedrooms but one having sea views, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens (each with its own oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher), 3 living/dining areas, 3 balconies and large 11 meter long 3.3 m wide terrace on the ground floor with magnificent views for communal eating along with its own large stone barbecue.
The large basement has a self contained flat with a double bedroom with a window overlooking the sea, a kitchenette, a small bathroom with shower.
The basement has a games room area and also has a utility area with a large washing machine and dryer.
The villa has parking for 3 cars with more adjacent parking and each apartment is well equipped with Satellite TV, DVD & Hi-fi system.
Wireless internet access is via your own pay as you go USB stick for Croatia which you need to purchase locally.

Prices include private airport rendezvous with a 5 minute taxi ride followed by a 30 minute speed boat transfer to Maslinica. Alternatively if you are driving, then take the 45 minute car ferry from Split to Rogac on the island of Solta followed by a 10 minute drive to Maslinica.
